What are your hours of operation?
A Perfect Ten (or Twenty) operates seven days a weeks.
What is the minimum charge per visit?
A Perfect Ten (or Twenty's) minimum is $35 per visit. A 50% non-refudable deposit is required to secure your date for any party of 5 or more.
How much notice do I need to book an appointment?
Three to five days notice for most services. Parties are booked on a first come first save basis so further out is best.
Do I need to provide any equipment?
No. A Perfect Ten (or Twenty) has all of the equipment needed for all servces.
Should I be concerned about my furniture or flooring?
No we use a protective floor covering to protect from any accidents. We use disposible nail files and a hospital high-grade disinfectant solution for all metal implements. Footbaths are cleaned and sanitized before and after each client.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and cash
How to I tip my technician?
Gratuities are accepted and appreciated for the excellent service your technician provides but not expected. Cash payments are accepted but if you would like to add the gratuity to your credit card please let your technician know at time of payment.

What of I can't keep my scheduled appointment?
We all have things that come up. Cancellations and rebooking must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. 48 -hour notice is required for all parties and packages. If this is not honored you will be charged 50% of all services that were booked.
Do you offer services for chidren?
Manicure and Pedicure services are available for children 5-12. Cuticles are NOT clipped for these clients. Mobile services for children under 18 must be made by an adult and will require a signature of a liability waiver.
